Refund Policy
At Little Dreamers DXB, we take great pride in the quality of our products and services. We are committed to providing our customers with the best possible experience, and we stand behind our products 100%. However, we also understand that sometimes things may not go as planned, and you may need to return or refund a product. In order to make the process as smooth as possible, we have created this refund and returns policy.
Returns:
We do not accept returns unless there is a fault with the product, or a quality control issue. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or defective product, please contact us immediately, and we will be happy to help you. We will request pictures of the faulty product to be sent through for review purposes and for the product to be returned to us at our Little Dreamers DXB in Al Barsha South 3.
Refunds & Exchanges:
We do not offer refunds on personalised products unless there is a fault with the product, or a quality control issue. If spelling mistakes are made on the personalisation at the fault of the customer, a refund will not be issued. If it is the fault of the provider, then a new replacement product will be provided free of charge.
To request a refund or return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product. If the return or refund is approved, we will provide you with a return address and further instructions on how to proceed.
Non-personalised products can be exchanged for alternative styles or sizes if available within 7 days of purchase. Please note that we do not cover any shipping costs for products eligible for exchange. The customer will be responsible for all shipping fees associated with the return.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns or refunds that do not meet our policy requirements.
